2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the Platform.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who have been excluded by crossbet or any other gaming operator, are not eligible to register or maintain an account on crossbet.
Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines and is harmful to minors. crossbet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active crossbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across all accounts and permanent suspension from the Platform.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the crossbet registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and valid contact details. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). crossbet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when crossbet has reason to verify your identity. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 Account Approval. crossbet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your crossbet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crossbet login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

4.5 All activity conducted through your crossbet account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be your responsibility unless you have notified crossbet of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 4.3 above.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. crossbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be accepted subject to availability.
5.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. crossbet does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. crossbet does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.3 Currency. All crossbet transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). crossbet does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
5.4 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the crossbet platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time at crossbet's discretion.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. crossbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification of your identity and the source of funds. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. 7.1 All games available on the crossbet platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.
7.2 Random Number Generators. All crossbet casino games that use Random Number Generators (RNGs) are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted in real time and are not subject to RNG certification.

12.2 crossbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your crossbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 crossbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. crossbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government actions.
12.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. crossbet is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of your gaming activity on the Platform.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude crossbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 Termination by You. You may close your crossbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.2 Suspension or Termination by crossbet. crossbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. crossbet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected. 13.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant. crossbet may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

15.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 Regulatory Complaints. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from lodging a complaint with PAGCOR or any other applicable Philippine regulatory authority.
Regulatory Oversight: crossbet operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may seek recourse through the appropriate PAGCOR channels.
